Dr. Kara Nakisbendi is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Certified Functional Medicine Provider. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Temple University and her Medical Degree from Temple University School of Medicine where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Avery was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, in 2019. She began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery, but shortly after entering practice, she faced a life-changing health challenge after becoming severely ill Avery was diagnosed with Lyme disease.

Cora graduated from Chapman University with a dual degree in Business Administration and Environmental Science and Policy. After working  for a sustainable business consulting firm in West Seattle she quickly realized she was more interested in the intersection of environmental pollution and human health when a close family member was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Caitlin grew up in Redmond, WA and now calls Bellevue home where she received her bachelors of science from Santa Clara University in California and went on to get her masters in nursing in 2014 at Saint Louis University in Missouri. She's worked a combined nine years in the neonatal ICU at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis and the University of Washington in Seattle.
